Refund within 15 days of delivery in the original condition and original packaging.

  • Returns must be notified within the 3 (Three) days after delivery and the items must be in their original condition.
  • Returns are not accepted if notification is passed after three days of delivery.
  • Return window is open for 15 days after delivery.
  • Your returning label and original shipping label will be deducted even if the items were offered with free shipping.

-Damaged or defective items:

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 3 days of the delivery date.

*Returns for used, opened and/or with sign of alterations are not accepted. (ITEMS MUST BE UNOPENED & NEVER USED TO ENJOY OUR FREE RE-STOCKING FEE RETURN POLICY)*

  • 20% RE-STOCKING FEE IF THE ITEM IS RETURNED OUT OF THE RETURN WINDOW BUT IT IS ON ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION.
  • RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IF THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED ON USED, OPENED BOX, OR DIFFERENT CONDITION TO THE ORIGINAL CONDITION WHEN IT WAS SENT.

You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

The Family Gadget does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days. 

We do not accept returns of opened or used items.

Returns are accepted up to 15 days of delivery.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will issue you a brand new item once we confirm the item was defective. If the item is to be returned, shipping costs are to be covered by us.

We’ll provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item. Be sure to complete this process within 15 days of the delivery date.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Important information for Pre-Orders: Product specifications, ship dates, and availability are subject to change from the manufacturer. Products may arrive earlier or later than the posted delivery date. Toy industry is based on Pre-Orders and in order for us to give you the best price out there we may experience these fluctuations in delivery times.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Pre-Order Cancellation

  • Can I cancel my pre-order?: You are welcome to cancel your order within the 24 hours of being placed without any fee.
  • Is there any fee if I cancel my pre-order after the 24 hours period? No, there is not. However, after shipping we can't cancel any order.
